Shanghai to Hangzhou: West Lake & Tea Plantation Day Tour with Lunch

guide: Kelly from the first booking confirmed she always keep in touch with us n very responsive. When we met at lobby Westin Bund Hotel punctually n she is really good at English. Explain clearly n really attentive to us. All are well prepared even when in the train she brings is some snacks n guide us very well. We are really happy to have this Hangzhou Private Tour with China High Speed Rail. Saving our time n we can go to many places in Hangzhou. The driver who took us to the destinated places also was good and kind.

Good experiencing high speed rail from Shanghai to Hangzhou for myself n my hubby. Our tour guide, 小张, is professional, friendly n knowledgeable. He’s very detailed in explanating the places n its history. Transfers in Hangzhou was well-planned as well. Lunch was great at The Green Tea Restaurant. 小张 ordered its specialties for us. Only setback was not much time allocated at Hefang Street where we just simply stroll past. Overall can go with this day tour.

Tour guide 小张 is very attentive and friendly. She fetched us from hotel and was with us throughout the trip, even sent us all the way back to the hotel although the package does not include that. She provided snacks and water during the high speed train ride. Day tour itinerary was sufficient but could have spent more time at Hefang Street. Lunch at the Green Tea restaurant was great!

小林, our tour guide (first picture — the one on the right), was amazing from start to finish! My friend and I are blown away by her. Her knowledge of history is incredibly impressive. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel safe and secure all day. We absolutely loved our day trip with her! 100分 for sure! 😊👍 She is definitely the best!!! star✨🌟

We had an enjoyable day experiencing the high speed rail from Shanghai, and touring Hangzhou with our guide, 小张. The tour was of a comfortable pace, covering key sights in Hangzhou. The lunch at 绿茶餐厅 was really good. Our guide, 小张, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

our guide was enthusiastic and gave us a great introduction of Hangzhou and the places we visited. he was also mindful and made effort for the elderly to be able to enjoy the tour within their mobility means. We enjoyed our lunch very much at the Green Tea restaurant, every dish was delicious and arrangements was made in advance so we didn't have to queue. Thank you Mr Zhang for taking care of us especially the elderly.

The scenery is beautiful, worth going, lunch is in the restaurant with beautiful scenery and delicious food. You can buy high-quality Longjing tea on this tour.

our guide Mary is excellent. she patiently explain about legend of the places and help us to get great spot for photo with family. the itenary is good and the lunch is also very nice. great experience traveling using the high speed train, the north station is breathtaking.

Thoughtful tour guide. I have a 78yo elder in my family and she will plan the itinerary and take care of needs of the group. The lunch is good and the ambience is nice too. Overall experience is 9/10

Our family had a wonderful trip to Hangzhou. Our guide Mr Zhang was knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, providing a lot of info and history of locations we visited. The lunch venue was very picturesque and food was great too but slightly spicy for our children. Overall, a great experience!
