I purchased two data cards from the platform and picked them up at Hong Kong Airport on the day of my departure. Upon arriving in Vancouver, I inserted the card and it worked perfectly, with stable internet speed. Later, I traveled to Toronto, and the internet speed remained just as stable.

Due to a change in plans, I needed to postpone the card pick-up date. Klook's customer service said it wasn't possible to change the pick-up date. However, cool sim's WhatsApp support responded quickly and allowed me to postpone the pick-up date by two days 👍🏻
