I really didn't know what to expect, but Marie organized a wonderful, delightful experience for my family! I feel like I experienced something that I couldn't have done by myself, and I we learned a lot about miso. We walked away with several balls of miso for soup that we have been consuming the last few days, and I am confident that I will be able to make these balls again at home.
