Incheon International Airport - Seoul Shared Van

Super recommended! ! After reading the reviews, I was a little worried about not being able to contact him in the middle of the night and disrupting the schedule. In fact, I made a reservation for a train at midnight. The driver added Line at 11 noon the day before to confirm the arrival time. When I got off the plane and cleared customs, I also received a message about which exit I would wait at. When exiting customs, the driver was really surprised and happy to see the driver holding up a mobile phone light with a Chinese name. The driver will help carry the luggage. The car is also super luxurious and comfortable. You can rent a car with your friends and you can easily reach Dongdaemun in one hour. This hotel is a good deal even when visiting Korean friends for the first time! Will give priority to ordering again next time I travel

Wuhoo! The operator upgraded us to private transfer. Lucky us! The driver Mr. Do Hyun Kim is very kind. He waited for us while getting our data SIM. The van is clean and comfy.

The driver added me on WhatsApp one day in advance. We all kept in communication after getting off the plane. There were a lot of people leaving the country. I had to wait in line at the customs for 45 minutes, but the driver was also very patient in waiting. After leaving the airport, it was easy to get along with the driver. Meet at the designated location. The car is clean and fast. However, I chose a Chinese-speaking driver when making the reservation. The actual driver only knew English. He should be Korean, but his English was very good and there was no problem in communication.

i highly recommend this! we came at korea very late and there’s no train available. it’s very convenient though our driver was not familiar with our hotel and we had to look for it for about 20mins

i arrived in Incheon after midnight ano no public transportation is available so i opted to book this. Good thing because it was very convenient with a courteous driver and I was also able to be dropped off in front of my accommodation. Highly recommended for those staying in areas that they serve.

We actually arrived earlier than our arrival time which is 9:05 Pm and our van pick up is at 10 Pm. However, we didn't expect the long queue at immigration and we also had to do the arrival e-travel form via QR code which took us awhlie. We got out of immigration probably at 10:10 PM. Thankfully, incheon has free wifi. As soon as we landed, the driver sent me a pm via whatsapp that he's already waiting outside and we continued communicating until we got out of the airport. He was nice enough to wait for us although we did have an extra 30 mins for the driver to wait accdg. to klook's policies and we we're able to ride the van before 10:30 Pm. Anyhow, driver speaks a bit of English but thank God I know basic Korean so no trouble communicating at all. Didn't take into account that big luggages count as 2 and the maximum the van could take was 6 medium luggages but he was able to put the other small ones in front, still enough space anyways. Ride was smooth and driver was trying to talk to us and we arrived safely in our apartment.

The driver was very punctual and enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage and would contact us via messaging software in advance. He will make a reservation next time he comes to Incheon Airport.

Mr. Inju Yoon was cery considerate of us being first timers in SK. He arrived earlier than the time booked and have been helpful with our luggages and suggested the places to go in Seoul. I appreciate having first hand experience of good customer service from him. Car is clean and warm during winter. Highly recommended!

This time I take the Tiger Airways flight to Incheon at 23:30. A driver will add your line before getting on the plane. After getting off the plane, the driver who actually picks you up will contact the passengers and meet at the pick-up area (there are two drivers this time) After contacting me, the second person said that the previous person should have something to take over and sent me a screenshot of the internal dispatch), and then took us out across the road to the parking place to get on the bus. Fortunately, there were only two of us this time. There was no one in the car to share the ride with. The driver was an older brother studying in China. He would chat with us the whole way and asked about the price we booked. He said that the company would lose money but his salary was not bad.
