Eligibility
- Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge
- Each paying adult can only bring one infant aged 0-2 for free. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as Child (3-15)
- Children aged 3-15 will require a child ticket
- Children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 14-15 may travel alone, starting at 05:00 and reaching their destination by 22:00. Unaccompanied children will be required to show proof of age or present a signed permission letter from their parent or guardian (SMS or chat-based messages are not accepted)

I originally planned to take a low-cost airline and then transfer directly to a passenger flight. Unexpectedly, the low-cost airline delayed it for 2 hours. If I missed the bus, I couldn't get a refund.

The bus seats are spacious and comfortable, there are not many people in the morning and there are many seats available. We took a bus at 8 o'clock and there was no traffic on the road. We arrived at the airport in about 75 minutes.

The voucher was issued right away and I used it well. When you get off at Gatwick North, it's just to the right of the exit, and it takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to Victoria Coach Station. The buses seem to run every 40 to 50 minutes, and I'll stop by Heathrow Airport before going.
Very convenient. Just go to counter to redeem the ticket. The counter is just opposite to the exit of immigration. The staff is helpful. The trip is around 2 hours & you can take a nap if you cannot sleep well during the Long haul flight. Recommend
You need to print the voucher to redeem the ticket at the counter. The exchange counter and the boarding place are full of easy to find. The round-trip time is about 1.5 to 2 hours, which is suitable for people who do not hurry
