This is the first time to visit here. So I thought I am confused because I don't know how to go around inside. An English guide explains to me very politely.
The tour was so great! We had a super knowledgeable guide who made the tour enjoyable. The transfers were super easy to organise and was really convenient for us also :) Would definitely recommend!
all is ok. should be fine if will be more clear pronounce. Good guide story about ehat happrns before.
1. The tour guide's English was difficult to understand. The group frowned as they listened. The guide's accent was too heavy, and it took extreme concentration to understand. 2. There was a lot of walking involved. The tour guide only provided a sentence or two of explanation after we had walked for a significant portion of the time. Most of the time, we were left to wander and explore on our own. 3. Furthermore, the tour guide was late! The meeting time was clearly stated as 7:20 AM, but we didn't see the guide until 7:40 AM. We weren't able to enter until 7:50 AM. Overall, the experience was a 4/10. Once is enough.
I had plans for the afternoon, so I stayed overnight and booked the 8 AM tour. However, nobody was at the meeting point on the day, and after waiting for a while, I received an email saying it was changed to 2 PM. It seems I didn't receive the email the night before, which can happen, but I think the time change should have been communicated much earlier. I received a refund from Klook afterward, but I'm still very disappointed that I couldn't go. I highly recommend scheduling your day so you can be in Oświęcim all day, just in case.
This tour charged us at $175 for 4 pax and our tour supposed to be at 9am. Instead of 9am, they scheduled us to a slot at 4.30pm, in which we have a booking with another activity in Krakow. In the end we paid for another 4 tickets using our own money to get in.
Do not book this tour. We booked this tour a month in advance, for a 10am tour. A day before our tour, the company (Legendary Krakow) who's managing this tour advised us that our time schedule would be moved to an earlier time, which was 7:30am. And of course we didn't make it because we came from Berlin, and our bus transfer from Berlin to Krakow was also booked in advance so we can no longer change it. We still tried to talk to the tour company to maybe allow us to a different time schedule, but all we got was rudeness and that apparently, they only have 1 tour schedule for that day, which was the 7:30am. But how come when booking this tour, we were given different time options that we can choose from, from 7am up to 3pm. My friend and I arrived at the museum around 9am and ended up buying another ticket at the Auschwitz Museum directly. What's more frustrating is Klook is only refunding 50% of what we paid (initially, they're only offering 30%) thru Klook credits. What a shame. Been a Klook user since 2018 and this is the 1st I've experienced this.
Strongly recommend not to buy! ! ! Although there are many people queuing up to buy on site, the speed is very fast and you can definitely control the time of entry. Because when I drove there, the navigation system on the car failed, and the location for collecting tickets was very unclear. As a result, when I found the location for collecting tickets, the time had passed and I could not collect the tickets. In the end, I had to buy tickets on site😥
No one showed up by 10 o'clock as promised. There was no contact number, so I ended up buying the ticket on the spot and finished the tour. I thought no-shows were only for guests, but I never thought that the company would do no-shows.
The designated location was unclear, and there was no response to my email inquiry. I couldn't find anyone to hand over the ticket on the day, so I couldn't enter. Worst service ever.
