This time we went to the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen for a buffet dinner. It was at the Convention and Exhibition Center Station, about an eight-minute walk away. The food variety were average, the seafood quality and freshness also so so. However the customer service, interior and vibe are good for friends gathering.

On weekday evening not full house, seems not enough staffs to attend the needs. Food items not much expensive choices. For dessert, the look s over the taste.

The environment of the Mile Room lunch buffet is very comfortable. There are not many people there on weekdays. The dish collection service is quick and the waiters are polite. Food types include raw fish, salmon, tuna, frozen inkstones, frozen shrimps, frozen crabs, etc., and there are about 15 kinds of hot food (including white rice and 2 kinds of soup).

This is my second time attending, and I really like the Four Seasons Hotel. The buffet is as good as ever. The desserts are all decent and not too sweet, and the coffee cappuccino is delicious. However, the hot dishes are too few and not attractive and need to be improved. The staff are all very polite. Participate again next time.
