We purchased 3 x $40 vouchers for 3 people, but when we arrived, the shop was closed, despite website and doorsign stating that they were open at the time we went. 2 of us visited on another occasion and we then had to purchase more than we wanted as we were unable to split the vouchers. No apology was given. 2 stars given because the coffee was good, but very disappointing service.
Thank you for choosing Klook and taking time to leave us a review! We are very sorry to hear that you had to experience such a situation. Rest assured, this is not the type of service which Klook offers or permits our local operator to provide. We will surely raise this matter to the product manager and local operator to improve and provide an excellent service to all our customers. Thank you once again for your valuable time spent in leaving us a review.
The taste is also acceptable, the shop is small, suitable for a small coffee shop.
Less, but the store's attitude is not bad, and the coffee tastes good.
The clerk's friendly shop is a good place to take a rest, although it is in a good location
