Maiden's Tower Ticket in Istanbul

it was a scam. The lady in the counter at designated counter as specified in Klook voucher did not recognise the voucher and after scanning the QR code in voucher she told that they have never seen such voucher and explained that our voucher should have two bar codes.. one for the boat and another for the entry to maiden tower. Klook has no customer service at all. The virtual assistant whom we contancted twice from the spot barely knew anything about the local operator and failed to help us... we asked for the refind but that did not happen till date. it was very disappointing after soening a substantial amount of money. So friends never trust Klook voucher before cross checking.
