- Route changes or bus delays may occur due to road conditions, bad weather, etc.
- Children under two years old are not recommended to participate due to long travel time
- If you are participating while traveling to Hokkaido or Sapporo, please refrain from participating on the last day of your trip. (There is no compensation for bus delays.)
- Large luggage such as suitcases will be stored in the trunk at the bottom of the bus. After departure, luggage cannot be taken in or out at any of the stops.
- Please have dinner on your own at the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival. Dinner is not included in the tour fee.
- If there are 20 or more people making a reservation, an interpreter will be on board, but if there are 19 or fewer people, a Japanese staff member will provide interpretation via an app.
