Once booked, decide on and reserve your timeslot via Klook and Foret Facial staff will whatsapp you soon to confirm availability and provide you with more details on location and packages. On site, the staff are very professional and the LDM service and Skin Booster Facial services were very good. Procedure was deliberate and precise. Customers would feel pampered and are not rushed. Probably only downsides are place is not very very accessible (5 mins walking from nearest train station unless you cab/Uber over) and they don't extract your blackheads. Otherwise, all good.

I did the skin booster+full body massage, I had a great experience with my facials this week. The booking through Klook was seamless and the spa confirmed the appointments within a day so I could have peace of mind. The location was easy to find and I really enjoyed the treatment. We were nervous foreigners, but the staff kindly took good care of us and we were able to cap off our time in Seoul with a lovely facial. I would definitely come back if I'm able to come to Korea again!

The experience was good, and the results after trying LDM were also good. At the beginning of the treatment, you will massage your shoulders, then wash your face, massage your face and then apply the mask. When you finally apply the facial mask, unlike in Hong Kong, the beautician will not go out and let the customer sleep. Instead, you will massage your shoulders, neck and hands again. I personally like it more. At the end, they helped me wipe away the excess massage oil with a towel, which was so attentive. Go again if you have a chance.

I bought the two hour Skin Booster and Full Body package for the Gangnam branch. The address is actually 291 Banpo-daero, and the Foret Spa is on the second floor, suite 219. I had a hard time finding the location with the address given in Klook. I was relying on using Google to translate the address into Korean so that I could copy/paste the address into my Kakao T app for a ride share. Even Naver couldn't translate the address or the spa name. It tried to give me a Tagolag translation in each app. I eventually ended up in a pricy mall nearby, asking the customer service rep at the front desk if he could help me find it. He even called the spa to let them know I was on the way and would be a few minutes late. Many thanks to this unnamed man for his kind assistance. When I arrived, my therapist Chloe was sweet and assured me that all was well. She thanked me for letting her know I was on the way. We sat in the reception area and went over the variations within the treatment plan for my particular skin type and my goal for the appointment. She gave me a few options of scented oil to choose from which she then used during the massage portion. She would also apply some to a cloth and lay it across my nose while she worked on my face. Very pleasing application process with plenty of breaks in between treatments which kept it from being overpowering. The smell actually rejuvenated me and added to the experience. I get headaches when scented candles are burning, so the gentleness of this oil's scent was en pointe. Chloe's full body massage techniques were wonderful. We had discussed where I wanted her to focus her efforts intially, but she also was able to zero in on tension in areas that I hadn't mentioned before; a very intuitive practitioner. After an hour of massage, she began the facial treatment. I've never experienced a Korean facial before, and the process far exceeded my expectations. She used at least ten different products on me (I lost count), and the application and removal of these were fun and interesting. She cued me to when she would be applying warm and cold products so the sensation wouldn't startle me. She even applied a balm before the mask layering process that, by the end of the session, had my lips feeling smooth and conditioned. She even asked if I'd like some sunblock applied at the end of the treatment. When all was said and done, she offered me a beverage of my choosing and gave me privacy to get dressed and apply my makeup in the therapy suite. We spent a minute or two afterward in the reception area discussing what she found in terms of my skin condition. She gave me a lotion sample to use at night and I left feeling refreshed. The smoothness and lack of irritation of my facial skin lasted about three days after the treatment, and all while out in the city every day in the sun. Final assessment: a bit pricy, but the products used and the skill of the therapist made it a wonderfully refreshing experience. Highly recommended!

It was such a relaxing experience that I even feel asleep on the table as I was getting my facial done right after the massage.

it was a great experience! my skin felt refreshed and hydrated after a long flight. this facial is more products-based, not much of facial massage incorporated. but while you have masks/treatments on, the therapists wasted no time and gave amazing back, neck, and arm massages. the spa is located in suite 219, on the 2nd floor of the mall/plaza (building number is 291).

I booked in for the 90 minute HIFU facial and was really impressed. The masseuse was skilled, friendly and it really was amazing, she really concentrated on the areas I asked for and also the attention to detail and value for money was really worth it - I will definitely be returning in future! thanks! follow the directions in the other reviews and it’s easy to find from there!

Once you purchased the order, a staff would contact you within two days to arrange and confirm a suitable date and timing. Prior to the appointment, the staff will also update you on the directions of how to arrive there. Before you start your treatment, you can even customise the choice of your aroma oil, the pressure level for massage etc. It would be nice if the service of extraction of blackheads is provided in the package.

good services and good location. I think it is on the pricier side but it's also located in. Gangnam area- you can catch the bridge show if you time it right.

Very lovely experience from start to finish. It was very relaxing and I fell asleep a couple of times. highly recommend
