Booking guidelines

Activation procedure

- Redemption Instructions
- Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an eSIM voucher code.
- Create an account on the Airalo website or app.
- Click ‘Airmoney and Membership’ in the top right hand corner.
- Enter your voucher code in the Redeem Voucher field.
- The eSIM purchased will be added to your account.
- You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking ‘View My eSIMs’
- Follow the set up instructions in the Airalo app and stay connected with your loved ones!
- For iOS devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions.
- For Android devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions

Very convenient to use. You just need to install the eSIM and follow the instruction. Once you‘re there turn on your eSIM. I highly recommend.

easy to install. did it before I left home. it did take a while to activate though. maybe a couple of hours after I landed and enabled data roaming. but after that working fine.
