Amsterdam Van Gogh Museum Half-Day Self-Guided Tour

Although there is a Chinese audio guide, it turns out that it is different from the one provided in the museum. This one only provides descriptions of some paintings, but there are more guides in the museum that are not provided in the link. It's a pity.

Link to the audio tour link arrived 90 mins after ordering in an email in my junk folder. The description was unclear how to redeem the voucher. Ended up buying an audio tour at the museum. Never used it.

I saw the "Van Gogh Museum Half-Day Self-Guided Tour" on a Klook advertisement and booked the itinerary. I arrived at the entrance before 9 am but was unable to enter. I thought I had been scammed by a fraudulent website, so I immediately notified my Hong Kong bank to terminate my credit card. Later, after my youngest child read all the information, we realized that the booking was just for an audio guide. The advertisement was unclear and misleading! It caused me a loss of time and money!

I only received a confirmation email before the tour. The email with the audio link came from a completely unknown private email address, which made it impossible for me to find the email. The Apple system couldn't receive the email at all; I could only find it by opening Outlook. The customer service was a chatbot, so I couldn't contact anyone. There was a problem on-site, and I was about to go in for the tour, but I couldn't find the link at all. A very bad experience!

The content is terrible, and it only introduces 6 paintings, and it's more expensive than on site!

I did not receive the link immediately after placing the order, and I could not contact the customer service staff on site.
