Fantastic

The hotel’s location is very convenient, the room is very spacious and the space is good enough for a family of four still with room to move around and open your luggage fully. I also like that it comes with a small kitchen and a washer. The big projector screen is nice and you can also use screen share with your phone.

Great

Double Room · 3 Adults · 5 Nights

Location was 5 min away from Shin-Osaka station. Check in was a little complicated as it was through a tablet. Had to wait for someone to call as the check in process was not going through. Clean staff were there only and if you are lucky the only people who can help you if anything. Limited storage lockers so we used the ones in the station. Also our room was very cold and it took us a while to find the remote for the heater as there was no info about it upon entering. Overall the stay was average but convienent.

Minn Shin-Osaka was a short walk from the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station and very conveniently located. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, and very clean and well maintained. Do note that the hotel doesn't have a front desk - we bought some stuff on Amazon Japan, and were surprised to find that we couldn't arrange delivery to the hotel. Thankfully, the online shopping was safely delivered to our room by the excellent staff.

Fantastic

Quadruple Room · 3 Adults · 9 Nights

Minn Shin Osaka exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto and other areas. Just a short walk from the station both local and JR. Room was spacious, comfrotable and perfect for a family of 4. There are different convenience stores and dining options (both local and chain restaurants) around the area. The okonomiyaki place near the hotel was exceptional. Will stay again next time.
