Overall great stay, the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Joined their activities including soap making, night tour and yoga, making our stay more fulfilling. Recommend to join the night tour if you would like to understand the history of Beitou. Tried their public hot spring as well as in room, all good and they offer you to enjoy the public hot spring after check out too (until 1pm) which I guess no other hotels has similar offer. There is a selection not pillow to choose from which makes it extra special, the room and beddings are clean too. Highly recommend and would love to stay again next time!

Really enjoyed my time here. The room was super clean and comfy, and I loved the in-room hot spring bath—it was perfect after a long day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the MRT. Breakfast was solid too, with a good mix of Western and Taiwanese options. Would definitely come back if I’m in Beitou again!

We booked this hotel using the Jinfuqi 5000twd accommodation voucher. The hotel is very high-end, with a quiet and beautiful environment, and it’s located right across from the MRT station. Once you check in, you won’t feel like going anywhere else—you’ll just want to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. The private hot spring bathtub in the room is very comfortable and hygienic. There were also plenty of snacks and drinks prepared on the table. Breakfast serving was super healthy and tasty among all the hotels we stayed. We were extremely satisfied and hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

Overall enjoyed my stay in the hotel. However there's a slight sulphur smell in the whole onsen resort, including the rooms which is understandable. The staff are all very friendly!
