Such a nice memorable stay. Pur deluxe twin room with personal hot spring tub was great. It was on a high floor with wonderful mountain view. Also it was generally quiet and peaceful as we like it. Buffet breakfast had a decent spread to cater to differing breakfast preferences. Set dinner was sumptuous too. The hotel provides shuttle bus to Beitou MRT station and XinBeitou MRT station. However we decided to walk to the nearby Thermal Valley (just 10 mins away from the hotel) and then continue walking to Xinbeitou.

This hotel is our family’s favorite whenever we stay in the Beitou district. The staff are always so friendly, accommodating, and incredibly attentive to our needs. What really impressed us was how thoughtful they were—at one point they even provided a bottle sterilizer for our baby without us having to ask. It honestly felt like they were always five steps ahead when it came to great service. The rooms are also a great value for the price—comfortable, clean, and definitely bang for the buck. We will always visit here when we go to Taiwan even if this is not in the city center. This hotel is always worth the travel.

superb hotel! very comfortable, hourly bus shuttle, nice and clean private onsen in room, some arcade game with VR game - 1 free credit for guest per day. even thought the breakfast was not bad, we prefer to order dinner from foodpanda which was super easy!

overall a great hotel and love the in room onzen, which allows both day and night relaxing bath ! although hotel is located up the hill - they do provide shuttle service . the one star less is for the breakfast which is a small selection and simple .

booked the tatami style room, it was an excellent experience and the hot springs water was very relaxing. however, you won’t get a decent picture of you in it because the window part is barred. they have a shuttle that has a drop off and pick up service at the Beitou MRT station that comes every hour. the staff was very nice and accommodating. the reservation came with a free breakfast which wasn’t so bad at all. they have events that happen everyday.

The best hot spring hotel for its price . Free shuttle service to hotel from train station. hey are strict about check in time as we were not able to check in early but they upgraded our room for free. The private onsen is amazing and amenities are great . The breakfast selection was good.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM(Extended to 10:30 AM on weekends and public holidays.)

In-Room Hot Spring Guidelines:

We recommend filling the tub to approximately 70% capacity to prevent overflow.

Filling the tub takes approximately 8–10 minutes.

While using the hot spring bath, please close the Japanese-style sliding door and draw the curtains to ensure privacy and prevent moisture from spreading throughout the room.

The Public Hot Spring (Nude Bath) is available exclusively to guests aged 12 and above.Public Hot Spring Cleaning Schedule: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Men's Bath: Mondays

Women's Bath: Thursdays

The swimming pool is closed daily for maintenance from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM and after 7:00 PM.

Proper swimwear and a swimming cap are required when using the swimming pool. Swimming caps are available for purchase on-site.

 

【Shuttle Bus Information】

No reservation is required. The shuttle operates on a fixed schedule and route. Please refer to our official website for details.

Beitou MRT Station: Board the shuttle at the shuttle bus stop located to the right of Exit 1, along the roadside.

Xinbeitou MRT Station: Board the shuttle at the bus stop located to the left of Exit 1. Walk back slightly to reach the designated stop.
