Staff were conspicuously absent; this establishment felt more akin to a refugee camp. The guest rooms were dreadful, with pillows as flattened and uneasy as a sheet of paper. The bathroom's air vent was cloaked in a thick layer of grime. Furthermore, during my two-day stay, not a single person came to service the room or provide fresh towels. I encountered a refrigerator that emitted a foul odor the instant I opened it; why would I ever store anything inside? If you are seeking an inexpensive, abysmal lodging, this is precisely it. Never again.

Good stay. They were kind enough to offer us a bigger room due to delay in cleaning. Because of the location, it was pretty noisy but all in all, good stay. Will book again.

Apartment converted to hotel, with fridge. Very convenient and near shopping and dining.

You get what you pay for… it was fine for the money

The room was neglected, some dirt and coffee marks on the walls and skirtings, dirty carpet next to fridge and under the desk. No milk only coffee and tea. The bedroom radiator didnt work so bathroom was warmest place. Shower didnt drain properly and almost flooded the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional

If you're looking to enjoy your stay in London, don't stay here. The rooms are tiny, kitted out with a disgusting full size fridge, scale ridden coffee and a bathroom with bloodstains. I could have forgiven some issues if the room was clean, but it looked like even that was a stretch too far to expect. We stayed one night, any longer we'd have gotten our money back and gone elsewhere. The bathrooms look as though they have recently been renovated, however, not looked after or cleaned. The bathroom is also tiny, to the point you can not move between the toilet and the shower. This hotel also advertising self-parking on site, but there are no spaces, not even pay and display, resident parking only.

No lobby, no breakfast, no enough liquid shampoo : 2 small sachets for 4 days, no daily room cleaning. Bokking done for 2 beds, we got only one.
