Arrival Procedures (for AirSWIFT passengers): • A dedicated Resort Representative will meet you upon arrival at Lio Airport El Nido. • The representative will assist you on your transfer to the El Nido Resorts Jetty Lounge where complimentary light snacks will be served. • You will then be assisted to the Lio Jetty port for your boat transfer to the island resort. • For your safety, our team regularly monitors weather and tide forecasts to determine if alternative port arrangements are necessary. Please expect that boat transfers to the islands may either be from Lio Jetty or Dagal-dagal Jetty, which is a short 30-minute van transfer from the airport. Rest assured that regardless of port, all land and boat transfer arrangements will be taken care of by our resorts team. REMINDER: • If you have International connecting flights, please allow 5-hour interval between your arrival in Manila and your scheduled AirSWIFT flight to avoid missed connections. • Check-in time at NAIA Terminal 4 is two hours (2 hours) prior scheduled departure time. The Check-in counter will strictly close 45 minutes prior to departure. • Please note that all visitors to El Nido are required to pay Php 200.00 per person for the airport terminal fee.
