子供連れで露天風呂付きの特別室に宿泊しました。 床にホコリや前日に宿泊された人の髪の毛等たくさん残ってました。 お部屋の造りや露天風呂はすごく素敵で良かったので、掃除が行き届いてなくて残念です。 子供用のオムツ、バンボ、シャンプー、お布団も用意してもらって、子供も喜んでいました！ 子供用の歯ブラシと 大人用のシャワーキャンプがあれば良かったなと思いました。 食事はものすごく美味しかったです。 地元や旬の食材を使った、手の込んだ料理で 本当に満足です。美味しかったです。 接客も丁寧で、食事スタッフのおばぁちゃんが お子さんがいらっしゃるので ゆっくり食べてくださいと言ってくださって 有難かったです。 値段の割にリーズナブルでいい旅館だと思います。 清掃の面はぜひ改善して欲しいです。 本当にありがとうございました。

設施比較舊， 客房職員友善 反而前枱對顧客要求比較被動 留宿當天原只要求加一個枕頭袋及額外付費買小童早餐 初時說不能安排 支吾其詞最后有提供床墊及枕頭套 到第二天沒有準備正式一份早餐給小朋友，但可以吃其他半自助式食物 在沒有告知金額下，退房時收取額外床鋪及早餐費用

POLA에서 새로 나온 곰팡이향 샴푸가 인상적이었어요. 1층에서 무료제공하는 커피,아이스크림, 맥주가 좋았구요. 침구도 저희가 깔았어요. 그리고 베란다쪽 방문이 없어서 잘 때 너무 너무 시원했어요. 다음에 죽기전에 다시 올 수 있을까 하는 생각이 드네요.
