the hotel wall is a bit dated and quite many black marks (in my room), wall is thin so quite easy to hear noise from next door. But overall it’s clean and the location is good!

Well located with many convenience stores nearby such as Lawsons, FamilyMart etc. Also it was convenient for us to explore major places that we had planned to visit in Tokyo. Although far from prominent places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, the hotel location is quiet and less crowded compared to other places and close to Tokyo station. Even though the hotel room was a bit small, it was comfortable and clean. Bed sheets, towels and napkins were are clean and neatly arranged. We especially appreciated the fresh linens and the provided nightwear.

Well located in central Tokyo with lots of metro options to get you around. The facilities were as expected for central Tokyo, cosy but comfortable. Friendly staff, could leave my luggage early before check-in and after check-out for the day (very useful). Good stay!

Great location if you are taking the subway/metro a lot. Kayabacho station is minutes away. The area however is not too eventful. Quiet and less crowded compared to Ginza, Asakusa and Shinjuku. The hotel has all the facilities expected of a 3-star establishment. Service was adequate.

Well appointed location just minutes away from Kayabacho station. Several konbinis nearby. Coffee shops within walking distance: Veloce and Starbucks The hotel provides toiletries and instant coffee/tea bags by the front desk.
