Good
Comfortable bedroom although I would not have chosen to have a bedroom in the basement. There was very little natural light added to the fact that the room lighting was very poor. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is in a prime location for exploring London. It’s steps away from the Earl’s Court Underground. Rooms were large for a European hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had a large variety. Service was excellent. Great for families traveling. Short 25 minute cab ride from Heathrow or take the underground directly in about 35 minutes. Will definitely stay again!

HOTEL in a nice and safe neighborhood; 2 minute walk from Earl's Road station no ramp; carried luggage up the steps at the hotel entrance front area sometimes smelled strongly of cigarette smoke small lobby with limited seating CUSTOMER SERVICE Female staff are friendly; male staff not so much - sometimes not even eye contact hotel messaged prior to arrival check-in/out was seamless no mention of 50GBP deposit before check-in room wasn't ready by check-in time; staff provided vouchers for complimentary drinks for hotel bar while we waited - 10 minute wait ROOM initially in room 301 between floor 2 and 3 - stair access only decent bed; uncomfortable pillows good sized dresser to hang clothes but worn out. Loud when closing/opening due to a broken hinge connecting to internet was easy and speed was adequate side tables are useful but cramped by large lamps good blackout blinds two bottles of water A/C only functioned the first night. Switched rooms on the second night. BATHROOM fantastic size great water pressure can accommodate two people no bathtub great counter space provided soap and lotion were decent has body, hair, and hand towels water drained slowly the toilet didn't always flush well needs an additional towel bar to properly dry two towels at the same time. need more hooks to hang your clean clothes SECOND ROOM fridge in the second room was not operational and stunk when opened toilet bowl had stains of feces flowing down the sides dust bunnies on the floor

Solo stay

Good hotel, but not worth the money I spent. Given a king room (009) with a hard bed and limited / poor view. Spent over £550 for 2 nights. Staff were great and location was handy for Earls Court tube station. Better elsewhere but fine if you need to be in this location.

We loved this stylish, spacious room with huge modern bathroom. The location is perfect, between the bustle of Earl’s Court Road and leafy avenues lined with stately townhouses. Just a two minute walk to Earl’s Court Station’s District and Paddington lines, as well as several bus routes. I wish the lobby was larger, but the smaller size is to be expected in converted boutique buildings. This was our favorite hotel stay in London.

The cleaning and restaurant staff are very helpful. The front desk staff could use some training.

Staff were professional but it wasn’t the warmest of welcomes. We got a room in the lower ground floor which is below ground level. The window “view” looked out into interior light well - so it felt a bit depressing and dungeon-like. The safe in the room didn’t work. Also the shower had a rain shower head and a hand spray, but it was only partially enclosed with a wall of glass and half of the shower remained open. No matter how we set the rain shower the water splashed out onto the bathroom floor soaking the bathmat because the glass wall did not extend far enough to stop the spray. Otherwise, clean room, comfortable and nicely decorated. Tight for a family of 4

Great London Location. We just returned from staying five nights at the indigo hotel Kensington in London. The neighborhood was convenient to Earl Court underground station and had several good restaurants, nearby. The rooms were spacious and pretty with nice big bathrooms, including tub and separate shower. I felt like I was getting a British experience and not just another typical hotel vibe. My husband and I will return to this location if we are back in London again.
