Superb stay at the Siam Swana Hotel! We even got a free upgrade which is something we were very grateful for. The staff was very accommodating throughout as well. Thank you Siam Swana!

Great location with nearby eateries and easy access to the nearby BTS Station. The rooms are quite 'dated' and window-less, but comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. My only concern was that the toilet bowl had several crack lines and was concern about it giving way under a person's weight. Another concern was the water ponding at the shower area after a bath, which made it quite slippery. Overall, a nice place to stay and would consider staying here again in future.

good location. walking distance to ratchatewi station and siam malls. no elevator but staff are really helpful. room light is a bit dim and no windows in the room. Hot water is a bit tricky

Overall good. If you are able to walk like 15 to 20 mins (less 10 3km) you are able to get to Central world, Big C super market, Pratumnam market, Platinum, MBK, Siam Centre etc. There are street food around the hotel in the day and night. Many message around the hotel.
