The staff were accommodating. We came in late and the check in were faster than expected. It took 15-20mins max for two rooms. The rooms were small but had the basics, just enough for a place to rest after a whole day n night of sight seeing. The front desk personnel were always smiling and quick to assist us in our requests. The breakfast buffet and food deserve 5stars as well as the men n women manning the chat chow. Ready to assist before asking them to do so. Thanks to Mona for welcoming us during breakfast which was for 5 days. Coffee was great with different variety of food choices daily. Even the older staff are so prompt in cleaning the tables thereby making room for incoming diners. Age indeed is just a number in sg. Though Macpherson Mall near the hotel is not as functional as expected, hope it will be and will recover from the pandemic. The hotel is near two bus stops and a 15-20min walk to mattar train stn. Over-all experience I will give it 8 out of 10. Good for families even with small kids. Thanks Ibis Macpherson
