Was an excellent hotel . Staff was amazing couldnt do enough for you ..rooms was cleaned everyday and towels and bedding .changed . Pool was great .breakfast was very good as well . Everything was great . Definitely will return to this hotel ☆☆☆☆☆

The Waters is a sensational resort to stay at. There are more pools than anywhere we have been and the main pool is huge. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Staff were so helpful and friendly and we even scored a complimentary late check out on our last day. The resort is really close to lots of wonderful restaurants and the famous Bang Niang night market is only 5 minutes to walk to. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

This is the third time we have been to The Waters. The access to the pools is fantastic, the hotel is clean, the rooms are maintained to the same standard, the staff can’t be more friendly or helpful, the location is excellent in relation to the beach and the bars and shops. I cannot fault this hotel.

Fantastic
Perhaps the best central location in Khao Lak. A very relaxing hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to numerous restaurants cafes. Also a short easy walk to the beach and local markets. If your after a stay to just relax and enjoy the best of Khao Lak, then this is your hotel!! Would stay again and again!!

I was so disappointed by this hotel. It wasn't definitely not worth the money. The don't usually write bad reviews unless I have to but the hotel was sub standard and I found the staff rude and unfriendly. I wish I had researched the hotel more before booking as I can now see the many have had a similar experience. It's not hard to be nice, friendly and provide a good service but they failed. The photos also do not live up to the experience when you get to the hotel. Koh lak is a nice place but the waters isn't. They must do better and I will not be returning nor will I recommend to anyone to go here!
