Overall a pleasant stay for a short trip. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities are a little old, and some appliances (e.g. hair dryer) is not working well, but the staff replaced them very promptly.

It was situated near OSCE venue and most historical places to see and explore. The room we had was an upgrade from the standard twin room we originally booked.
