convenient location. very near to train stations and shopping malls. there’s also a 7/11 across the hotel. very clean rooms. daily change of towels and indoor garments. good laundry area. they lend you an umbrella when it rains for free. the staff were very nice and speaks good english. not super crowded street. love also the mini park across the street.

overall stay was great! location of the hotel is very near to the train stations especially the narita express. it was just a 3-5min walk from the hotel. in addition, there are 2 malls nearby and a 7/11 convenience store just across the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and try Japanese delicacies. also, the front desk staff were very nice and friendly. glad that they can really speak good english. will definitely book here again on my next trip to japan ☺️
