Location: few minutes drive to gotemba premium outlet. Across the hotel is a grocery store, daiso and uniqlo. There is also a mcdonalds and 7/11 nearby. But the best thing that this hotel have aside from the friendly and nice staff is the view of Mt. Fuji. Staff: Very nice, friendly and accommodations staff. Cleanliness: Lobby was okay. Rooms (we got 3) looks old. Bed, pillows, comforter (for us) needs to be updated. Bathroom was okay, sink has clogged drain.
