First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again.

基本的には富士山も見れて気持ち良く過ごせました！ ただ私はなるべく乾燥させたくないので暖房をつけず、寒すぎてほぼ眠れなかったです。 家ではぽかぽかの格好にしてるので、足首など出て布団一枚だと自分の体温が全く上がらずでした。 最終的に夫を起こして、同じ布団に入ってもらい、夫の布団もかけて２枚にして3時間弱位寝ました笑 他は朝食もたっぷり頂き、快適に過ごせました！ ありがとうございます！

The room is big enough to open 2 luggage. We booked the room with Fuji view and we were so lucky to see both sunset and sunrise.The view is the most unforgettable part during this trip. Although the staff cannot speak English well, they tried their best to answer my questions. I didn’t go to onsen but I could still enjoy the bathtub in my room. The room rate is not high and I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit gotemba again.

Excellent little hotel, I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter as it was a 15-20 min drive to the gotemba outlet and reasonably priced. Rooms are small but it’s completely fine for 2-3 people. The only bad review I have about the room was the pillows, they were hard with some sort of beans or beads on the bottom, the front desk did try to help with that but unfortunately they didn’t have softer pillows. This hotel is brand new and it’s family/child friendly
