nice budget hotel right near hamatsucho station which is quick the the airport and yamonte to get around tokyo with ease. easy check in. room was small but we only were there for one night. they did store our luggage which was also nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it was very clean and not as old looking as we thought when looking at the pictures! it was perfect space for us two. bathrooms were very clean. the staff was able to help us on one occasion where the air conditioning was dripping some water. she upgraded us to a bigger room.
