Very convenient for people who needs to be at the CTS airport. They offer free shuttle service. Some of the room amenities are self-service but most are already in the room.

The room was okay except for the placement of the bed which made the space uncomfortable for the other user and the lighting as the lights are concentrated on the entrance of the room only (although the rest of the room are sufficiently lit). Amenities are okay but hope they can likewise provide more English translations for the tourists. Overall, still 5 stars.

I enjoyed staying here! the chitose station is just 29 minute walking distance plus they also have airport shuttle here! so convenient. The staffs were also very nice and accommodating! (plus it's near the river side you can take photos there!)
