The hotel is centrally located in a bustling alley with numerous massage parlors and conveniences like a 7/11 and laundry service nearby. It's also close to Tofu skincare, Platinum Mall, Big C, and Pratunam Market. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and plan to return in the future.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and assistance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a long day of exploring and shopping. I especially appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to pop back to the hotel to drop off purchases or take a quick break. For anyone looking for a great value and a prime location in the heart of the action, this hotel is definitely a winner.

no much comment about the hotel because been staying here many times and not much comment on the booking process as same as other platform.

hotel location: 7eleven just opposite of the hotel service: friendly and helpful staff cleanliness: 3/5 The lobby has big sofas and cool air-conditioning — it’s really comfortable for resting and waiting for the grab

The hotel location is very good and near to pratunam. walking distance to the mall, is very convenient but need to note that taxi might need some time to reach due to the heavy traffic at the mall nearby. hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and nice

Clean facilities and room , accomodaring staff always ready to assist. The only problem we encountered was the noise created by tuktuks passing by specifically between 22:00 to 02:00. Rooms are not sound-proofed.

location is quite convenient but there's jam in the area. cleanliness can be improved especially the table top. But overall a good stay! 👍

all was good but 1 thing is the staff doesn’t let me to go in my room when i went out for breast & came back at 11AM. I haven’t handover my key to check out, but they assume i have check out. I left my luggage keys in the room & it’s gone when they do the cleaning. This part should be improved.

Location- perfect! ; value for money- perfect! cleanliness- perfect!; room size- perfect! food- perfect! Had a room upgrade during our stay! It was a perfect stay. Highly recommended for those who love shopping. walking distance to platinum mall, decembers, one central, big C etc. lots of restaurants, convenience shops (infront of the hotel is 7/11), massage spa around the area.
