Nice hotel, restaurants and bars right outside..the beach is just few steps away. The walking street is pretty 5 minutes walk. Good hotel to start your visit in Pattaya

The hotel is very old air conditioners don’t work. Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Bathtubs showers are old and ran down.

While the staff were pleasant, the physical state of the hotel is a major issue. It's clearly past due for a full renovation, as many fixtures, furnishings, and areas appear to be falling apart or are extremely worn. The current state makes for a very poor value. My recommendation is to avoid staying here until a complete refurbishment is finished.
