i recommend toyoko inn shinagawa for its cleanliness , staffs are very accommodating, the hotel location is quite near to the main station and also the shuttle service is very accessible for hotel guests.

We travelled as family and the hotel is pefect for us. From Narita Airport, we ride a train that goes directly to Shinagawa, and from Shinagawa station there is a free shuttle that picks-up hotel guest every 15 minute interval from 6am to 12 midnight. The place where the hotel was located is very peaceful. Breakfast is free and you can even take-out if you desire.
