Fantastic

Superior Room · 2 Adults · 7 Nights

The hotel is in a good location, within steps to a 7 eleven and to the Central mall. The hotel is kept clean to a good standard. On each floor 7 of their rooms are facing tree town, so there will be music and band playing till 3am. There are 3 rooms on each floor facing the other side, these are quieter, but it's subjected to availability when you arrived. The staff are friendly and helpful, they helped me receive the Lazada orders that I placed prior to arriving. I also told them about an incident that I accidentally got blood on the sheets and I did what I could to clean it up with wet wipes, they very kindly did not charge me for it. For fitness facilities, I used the gym twice, it's good enough for a run on the treadmill, if you are looking at doing strength work. You need to go to another gym, sun fitness is about 5 minutes away. All in all, it is a hotel that I would return to the next time in back given the good experience I had. Thank you to all the staff.
