Room and hotel were super clean, all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The lounge and espresso was much appreciated, and the kitchen was always clean. Really clean laundry as well. Genuinely such a lovely spot at a good price amongst a lot of very pricey hotels in the area.

It was an excellent place, clean and location was great, everything within walking distance. 5-7min walk from the Marina, which was very useful after a long day in Green Island and day trip to Great Barrier Reef. There was a common place, with gourmet coffee machine, bottle water and biscuits. We were a family of 3, king bed was big enough for 3 of us.

Solo stay

It was terrible during my 4 days stay at hotel. The first two days I kept on being interrupted by noise. The first night the noise was so loud I thougt it was train passing near by. I could not fall asleep for most of the night. It totally ruined my following day reef tour. l believe the noise came from a blocked or damaged stormwater down pipe outside my room after rain. The front desk staff were helpful and tried to swap my room with an upcoming customers as the hotel was fully booked. Obviously this is an existing issues with hotel management that should be properly fixed rather than passing the problem from guest to guest.
