Clean, friendly staff, big room we have been traveling Japan for awhile now and we are used to the small room no big deal but when we walk into our big room we were pleasantly surprised
Not only did we pay a good price for the room it was big and clean
Only problem was we did not stay longer 10/10

Great The room is largest among most APA hotels across Japan. Most importantly, the heat can be adjusted even completely turn off. unfortunately, the bathroom water supply was cut off in the morning due to Hotel’s technical issue, which had not been resolved during my stay.

Below average The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant of the hotel was overpriced and the food was not good nor were there decent portion sizes. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire hallway was filled with cigarette smoke. Our room even had cigarette smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom and filled our room with that same smoke. We had the room window open overnight in an attempt to deal with the smoke.
