The hotel is located near major train stations. Neighborhood is really quiet compared if you stay near the Okachimachi or Ueno shopping street. Make sure to put up a sign if you want your room cleaned and pajamas changed.

The staff were friendly and spoke English pretty well. We had 3 twin rooms on 11th floor facing Tokyo Skytree which was nice. They changed the towels and emptied the trash everyday and we had the full cleaning of the room on one day out of the five nights. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillow too hard for my liking. However my family had no issue with it. The rooms were small but we could open a medium size luggage laying it flat by the window and another two large shopping bags by the side. I think a bigger room is needed if you have a large size luggage. Rooms were clean with strong air conditioning. We got used to walking the distance to the subways. It was about 15-20mins walk to Ueno. As we had an elderly in the group we took a private car transfer to Narita airport. I think it would be challenging to take the trains to the airport with those luggages, especially with kids and elderly.

The facilities were very clean. The staff were very welcoming and assisted us with anything that was needed. Check-in and check-out were easy to use as well. I would definitely recommend.

The front desk staffs were really nice and friendly and tried to help make our stay as pleasant as they can. Only problem is that the rooms were quite dirty and smelly. The bed had a big stain on it on our first day. The toilet also had a smell and floor was a bit sticky. After i wiped it myself it was better so I think they didn't really clean our room properly. Location isn't so bad. 6 mins to bus station and 10 mins to a train station
