The executive suite has a very big balcony (enclosed one) that has very good view of the inner courtyard. The breakfast has dropped quite a fair bit in the standards though compared to 2 years ago. Hope the management can do something about it to revive the former standards.

Right next to the station and bus stops an available in every corner. Very convenient. The heritage room was great and spacious. Just that the structure of the building made our room located at the far end so we had a long walk from the lobby. Luckily there's is a liftnear the end to give a shortcut back to the lobby (need to walk from the capitol theatre). Breakfast spread was not too bad, the staff are all very nice and friendly. 1 sad point is the pool is really very small.

the customer service at Capitol Kempinski is one of the best that we have ever received. Each of them are warm and sincere. Our room is huge with heigh ceiling, our little toddler had so much joy running around the place. The swimming pool is a little bit small though.

This is the most enjoyable staycay ever!!! A truly captivating modern combined with ol’ world hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were warm & friendly & welcoming. Particularly Tasha the front desk personnel who did excellently to cater to our every questions & requests. Remarkable hospitality! The hotel’s location is also excellent as it is nearby many restaurants & shopping, all within walking distance! We got the terrace room just behind the famous “Capitol” sign & the view is amazing & the room is big for a city hotel room! We are totally charmed & definitely will be back for more.

It was a pleasant stay. We booked through klook but hotel honored our GHA Titanium status and gave the double grade on the room. The location was great. The staffs are very helpful. And the wonderful part of the breakfast was the breakfast champagne.
