Stayed here for the flyover and also to celebrate my birthday. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! A special mention to Lynn, the Assistant Manager at the front desk, who checked me in and noticed it was my birthday. She kindly arranged a complimentary birthday gift and cake, along with a lovely card with birthday wishes from the staff. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you so much for the wholesome experience and excellent service. It’s not just a five-star hotel with history and heritage, but also one with genuine warmth and great hospitality. I’ll definitely book again the next time I’m in Singapore!

A great location overlooking the river, the Asian Civilisation Museum, St Andrew’s Church amongst other things. Right in the heart of colonial Singapore and walking distance to riverside restaurants. the service is impeccable, rooms good size and the Club Room serves excellent drinks and canapés in the evening. highly recommended.

enjoyable stay here. Here is a heritage building with history. And I can send postcard at the lobby because it is the post office previously. What a nice stay! Buffet Breakfast is tasty. And night view is so wonderful!

I booked this staycation to celebrate ny partner’s birthday. The hotel staff is very kind to have upgraded our room and prepared a birthday cake for us. We spent the $100 dining credits at Jade on their weekend lunch dim sum buffet.

I emailed the hotel beforehand to inform them that the stay is for a birthday celebration, and the hotel offered early check in at 11am. However, when we arrived, the reception told us that there is no room available and upsell to us the Heritage room at an additional $50. We agreed to it as we did not wish to wait hours for our room. Sadly Jade restaurant was closed for private events, so we utilised the dining credits at The Landing Point.

The room we stayed was awesome with an unblocked beautiful view of the Marina Bay from our balcony. On our 1st night, we were pleasantly surprised there were fireworks display across the horizon. And the bed was perfect - the mattress was just the right firmness to have a good sleep to recharge for the next day. The birthday cake for my partner and the complimentary fruits platter were delightful gestures by the hotel which topped the icings to our joyous celebration. During our stay, we also signed up for the complimentary Monument Tour and Maritime Journey Tour. Our tour guide, Mr. Bill, gave us a condensed background history of The Fullerton Hotel, The Fullerton Bay Hotel and their surrounding buildings, and how they are linked to Singapore's progress and development over the years. Highly recommended to join the tour if your itinerary permits so. It was an awesome stay with fond memories. Already looking forward to return to The Fullerton Hotel for our next staycation.
