Great location and staff was very friendly/accomodating. Housekeping is every other day which didn’t impact us (they do provide fresh towels and trash bag in addition to having plenty of amenities in the lobby - razors, lotion, toothbrush, etc) Rooms are clean and on the smaller side, however, plenty of room for us and our luggage. Hallways are quiet and restaurant on site was good.

Excellent location — just a short walking distance to Tokyo Station and right in the Ginza area where all the major malls are. The hotel provides very good toiletries, including DHC facial products, which was a nice touch. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always greeting us whenever we passed by. Very warm, friendly and helpful staff. Location was superb. Good sized bathtub. Only issue was the room size was slightly small and we were struggling to open and find 2 luggage space in the room.

Greats location right in the heart of Ginza. Great ramen shops nearby. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They made us very comfortable and our stay was very relaxing and nice. The room was decent size and the facilities were also good. It was just 5-6 min walk to Major stations which was an added advantage
