Had a great stay at The Prestige Hotel Penang with my family. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the room felt luxurious, clean, and comfortable. We were impressed with the safety standards at the rooftop pool. When some kids and a parent were playing with pool chairs in the water, the security guard stepped in quickly to stop it. It was reassuring to see how attentive and proactive the team is in maintaining a safe environment for everyone. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with great service. Would definitely recommend for families!

The room is slightly small for my liking. However, the room is clean and hotel is considerably new. The hotel is also close to some key tourist attractions.
