Fantastic Our stay was for 5 days at the hotel and it was great. The room was clean and nice, the staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating and nice. We also were happy to have secure parking at the facility. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, the harbour is within walking distance and everything happens there. I will definitely book here again as I enjoy the harbour. We did have a partial harbour view and it was great. As I have a bit of a knee issue I was very happy to see that the pool had a nice step into it and it was easy to get in and out of and the pool area was very nice. The cleaning staff were very nice. It is also a big plus that there is laundry facilities for patrons.

Great This is an excellent location if you want to explore the Victoria waterfront and all the attractions here.
The rooms are spacious (and quiet), the pool is pleasant, and the breakfast is adequate (though a bit busy at times).

Good Comfortable bed. We were given a ground level Room. There is no air conditioning and the neighborhood was not good enough to leave the door open. Hotel is old but has some renovation.

Great I don’t like breakfast in those little rooms where everyone is scrambling about for the same 6 items and one of those is powdered eggs. More dairy free and gluten free options would have been nice.

FantasticStayed with kids
The location is super. It is a block away from the Black Ball Ferry terminal for ferries from Seattle. It is also on block from the Legislature building and within easy walking distance to Beacon Hill Park and Downtown Victoria, so it is super easy to get around.
The hotel itself is well kept, clean and inviting. The small outdoor pool was just right for the kids to play in.
The staff was always greeting us with a smile.
Parking in the neighbourhood is very limited, so parking at the hotel is a must even if it costs a few dollars more.

Everything was very clean
All staff were helpful. Got early check in and late Check out.
Kichen was great but no blender. Will call in next time as we usually blend.
Breakfast was great. Lovation very close to Inner Harbour and parliament building. Nice restaurants near by.

The room was spacious and had mini kitchen. 2 balconies since was a corner room. The location was great for inner harbor and to catch sightseeing shuttles. You could walk everywhere!
