Overall and for the price range, it is good. it’s a 10 walk to Namba Square and about 15-18 mins walk to Dotonbori. Not so ideal during summer as the long walks is really tiring. Last 2 nights, suddenly it smelled like someone is smoking which we reported to the Frontdesk. They went up to our room to open the window and spray air freshener. We are travelling with a 3 year old so that it not good. Breakfast is already included which is a steal.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of most group tour pick-up points in Nipponbashi and very close to Namba. It is also right in Den Den Town, which is very convenient. The amenities are great, and the breakfast is good.
