upon checking in I asked about parking and the staff simply said it’s behind the building but it is probably full. When I asked about other parking options reply was unsure. When I asked for a map to find my room the staff said they did not have any, and no other amenities were offered. Upon arriving to our room the trash cans did not have any bags, there was only one large towel no others. no hand soap, vanities were dusty,shower head kept falling and was held up by a zip tie. for reference we purchased a king suite and were on the 19th floor.
