Interesting bed softness, may even be uncomfortable for most. Pillows can be chosen whatever you desire. Buckwheat or softer or firmer. Depends on what you like. Everything was clean for a hotel. I enjoyed my stay with my fiance very much.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. It's located right on Powell St, the cable car runs outside the doors. We would stay her again, for sure.

Stayed with family

No free breakfast, but a nice restaurant next door open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking is offered for a price, but no valet until you get to the garage which is a block away, uphill. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but very clean and have a vintage vibe which was exactly what we like.

Staff was amazing. We arrived early and they got us into a room with no wait. Staff was always friendly. Muni was close by and helpful getting around.
