Very convenient with everything within walking distance. No lifts or a/c so beware. Small room made to seem larger by high ceilings. No refrigerator or microwave. Beds were adequate.

Staff were fabulous. Location was amazing, easy access to shops and tube. Quite noisy in the morning (could hear work men and sounded like doors banging)

We were given a room on the fifth floor which was hard work for tow mid sixties ladies and a small amount of luggage. Only to be done once a day! It was also soooo hot (not the hotels fault) one small fan and windows only allowed to open about 3 inches. It was a sweat box to say the least. Location perfect and staff very helpful.

Location is ideal with plenty of choices to eat in the area. There are also a couple of convenience stores nearby. We stayed in room 12. The room was very clean and adequate for our needs. We stayed during the heatwave but the staff provided an extra fan upon request. One gripe is that the wall attachment for the shower head was not adjustable which meant that the shower head had to be held in one hand whilst taking a shower. If placed on the wall, it was impossible to use as the water sprayed high against the top of the cubicle

We’ve stayed at the hotel a few times as it’s a good location for travelling to/from Wimbledon, however we won’t be staying here in future. The hotel is extremely poorly equipped to handle the summer weather. The hotel lobby is air conditioned, but the rooms are not. While a fan is provided in the rooms, the fan in our room was not built properly, so the head fell back and pointed at the ceiling. I called the lobby and asked for another but was advised she would check for a spare as the hotel was fully booked. Heard nothing back at any point during the stay, and no one even came to check the fan. Extremely poor, and ridiculous to not have any spare in the event of any issues such at this. Additionally, our room was advertised and paid for as a triple - one double and one single bed. Our room however only had two single beds. This wasn’t an issue since there were actually only two of us, but this was not how the room was advertised regardless. Also, the layout of the room was ridiculous - one side of one bed had plugs while the other bed had access to none at all. We had to move the entire room around so the other person could use sockets. Won’t be staying here again in future when going to Wimbledon.

Nice clean budget hotel, ideal for a single traveller (on business to London) for under £100 per night. Great pubs and eateries within 5 mins walk. Parking 100m away free between 7pm and 8am and £5 for 2 hours. Tube is 4 mins walk away and 35 mins walk to Hyde Park. I will come back here in future when Im working around here again.

Located in downtown and the price is reasonable. A few minutes to the metro by walking.
