One of the things I appreciated most was the complimentary shuttle service to/from Narita Airport, as well as to downtown Narita and AEON Mall. It made getting around so easy, especially after a long flight. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, anything you might need during your stay. The view from the room was captivating. Instead of a busy cityscape, it was a very relaxing atmosphere—a welcome change from the usual airport surroundings. I recommend this hotel for seniors or travelers who prefer a more relaxed and convenient base rather than staying right in the heart of Tokyo. Navigating the busy streets of Shibuya or the confusing subway connections around Ueno can be tiring, especially after a long day of sightseeing. With the complimentary shuttle service, peaceful surroundings, and close-to-nature atmosphere, this hotel offers a much more relaxing experience while still making it possible to visit Tokyo when you want to.

I loved my stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza Narita Hotel! The service was exceptional—the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport and nearby shopping malls was incredibly convenient, and the hotel’s proximity to the beautiful Narita Temple made it easy to explore local attractions. The facilities, including a well-equipped gym and relaxing sauna, added a perfect balance of fitness and relaxation to my travel experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, amenities, and location.

Very clean, spacious room with lots of amenities: jammies, warming sleep mask, relaxing bath salts, slippers, toothbrush, hairbrush and more. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and there were shuttles to the airport, Narita Station and AEON Mall. The only downside is the location - there is absolutely nothing around the hotel to walk to, not even a konbini, so you have to rely on cabs and shuttles to get anywhere. Only stay here if you are looking for somewhere close to Narita airport, I would not recommend as a base for exploring Tokyo. As an airport hotel, I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is amazing after an international flight. It's very close to Narita Airport and the have a free shuttle to take you back and forth and to the Aeon Mall for tax free shopping 🛍️. The Hotel is very nice and clean, with wonderful amenities and a great and helpful staff.
