Fantastic

Stayed with partner

This was a great hotel. Staff were very proactive and friendly. The entire place was clean. They have rooms and lounge areas all over, making it feel intimate and possible to get privacy if you want to work or chat in a quiet place. I would easily stay here again.

We encountered very friendly staff and felt very welcome. Smooth check in, room was well located and met all expectations. We had some room additions which were perfect, they definitely went above and beyond which was most appreciated. We will definitely be looking at staying again next time we come

The hotel was in the perfect spot for my trip to Mayfair London, considering where it is it was very fair value. Bed was comfy ac worked well and was quiet, also had a good bath which filled up quickly. Shame water was in plastic bottle and not glass or cans

Really liked the hotel. Staff were super-friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. There was some noise during the night from the street, which they cannot control so unfair to judge on that front. The hotel was slightly dated, and that is the only reason that we marked 4* instead of 5*. Staff are absolute shining light!!!

Bed matress very mis shapen. Stains on wall and carpet. Damaged drawers and fixings in bathroom damaged, foil on edge of mirror. Hair in sink. Breakfast ok. Welcome check in poor information not freely given had to ask about Breakfast times etc. No biscuits on tea tray. Not worth £240 per night.
