Very nice and quiet while in the midst of such a busy long weekend! Staff is extremely helpful and even gave us a ride to ferry!

Great hotel, friendly staff but there are better locations and breakfast area is a bit small (had to wait for a table) However, booking experience with Klook was very bad. Our confirmation / reservation was not forwarded to Mandarin. we spent almost two hours to solve the issue. Therefore, i recommend not to book through Klook and rather book directly!
