We had a wonderful stay! Our room had a fantastic view, the food was delicious, and the cute cafes near the lobby were a lovely touch. The hotel location was a bit tricky to find, so we ended up hiring a guide, but I’d still highly recommend staying here. A special thank you to Claro, Miguel, and Nelson for their outstanding service: - Claro was incredibly helpful with our room questions throughout our stay. Always had a friendly smile! - Miguel took the initiative to arrange our return bus tickets, handled our baggage, and went above and beyond in assisting us. - Nelson kindly helped us navigate our way by giving us directions to the places around the hotel. Kudos to the team members above, you all served with genuine hospitality.

I arrived a bit earlier at around 2:00 pm on 20/6 but my request of check in had been rejected. I kept calling room service from 8:00 ~ 9:30 am but nobody answered. A bit disappointed as YouTube is not available on TV this time but I could cast to YouTube on the TV monitor last October.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I requested a simple decoration for my birthday. However, they were not available that time but upgraded my room, which I enjoyed. The view was perfect, I took a lot of photos. I only gave four stars because the bathtub was broken, we couldn’t fill up the water and the door at the bathroom was heavy and also a bit broken. It was really hard to close the door, I needed my boyfriend’s help.
